Turku Touring, Turku City Tourist Office & Convention Bureau

The principal duties of Turku Touring are: - Promoting and marketing of the tourist services of Southwest Finland and the city of Turku in domestic and foreign markets - Producing the tools for marketing, regional brochures, product manuals and other product- and information materials for customers and tour operators in required languages. Organises study tours to the area for tour operators and the media. - Producing and updating IT-information on the Internet - Product development and processing - Reservations and sales of the services/incoming: accommodation, Christmas programmes, farmhouse holidays, guides, holiday cottages, incentives, short break holidays, sightseeing and theme tours, study tours tailor-made packages and programmes, transportations etc. - Marketing and operation of the Turku Card, Hostel Turku, Ruissalo Camping and the Turku Guest Harbour, as well as the Turku City Tourist Office in the centre of the town. - Convention Bureau assists in the planning of congresses.
