Finlandia cuenta con siete lugares declarados Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO:
Fortaleza de Suomenlinna (1991), Rauma antigua (1991), Antigua iglesia de Petäjävesi (1994), Fábrica desfibradora y cartonera de Verla (1996), Necrópolis de la Edad del Bronce de Sammallahdenmäki (1999), Espacio natural: Archipiélago Kvarken (2006).
